The Challenge

With their website in their progress, Trendy Design Team's goal was to showcase their previous and current construction projects. The challenge that our production team faced was taking photographs, while managing lighting conditions and capturing the details of specific features and architectural elements of the project locations to show TDT's construction expertise.

The Solution

The photography process involved capturing the property's transformation through before, milestone, and final photos. The before shots showcased the property's original state, while milestone photos documented the progress of the renovation or changes. The final shots captured the completed property, highlighting the transformed appearance and upgraded areas.

Thorough planning was done by our production team to ensure comprehensive coverage of the property's transformation. The photographer created a shot list, including exterior shots from different angles and interior shots of essential areas such as the main entrance, living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Detailed shots were taken to showcase specific features and architectural elements. The photographer used a combination of natural and artificial lighting techniques to achieve optimal results. Careful selection of lenses and framing techniques were employed to capture the unique elements effectively. By employing composition techniques, paying attention to lighting, and capturing the essence of each space, our production team was successful in capturing the TDT's craftsmanship in each project.
